Carrico, Tom Tyler, and Kam K. Leang.\u00a0 The paper recently appeared in the the invited article of the Special Issue on Active Materials and Soft Mechatronics, International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials, Vol. 8, No. 4, pp. 144-213, 2018.
